Animal Lovers Club

for Grades 3-6

*finished projects are donated to: Babylon Animal Shelter, Save-a-Pet, North Fork Animal Shelter, The Humane Society, The Patricia Ladew Foundation + many more, depending on need/projects requested by the shelters.

Adoption Boards 

*community service 

Tweens will create adoption boards with pictures, stickers, scrapbook paper

and other embellishments. Boards will be donated to shelters

to help promote the adoption of long-time shelter animals! 1 hour, 

​

Caturday 

*community service 

Tweens will create toys for shelter cats

while they wait for a fur-ever home. They
will also learn the importance of caring for shelter animals.

 Frames for Neonatal Kittens 

*community service 

Tweens will design beautiful frames with paint, feathers and other embellishments.

We will donate them to the animal shelter so they can add picture of kittens.

New adopters will receive these frames and will cherish them as they look back on how little their kitten was! 

*Babylon Animal Shelter featured these frames at a  

fundraising event and they were a huge hit!
